         Nama ibu: Krista
         Nama ayah: Peter
         Nama adiknya: Mia Grace
         Nama anjing: Lady

          Ia terkenal setelah ia mengupload video covernya di situs Youtube. Ia mengcover lagu-lagu dari Shontele, Christina Perry, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Jessie J, Adelle, Justin Bieber, Flyleaf, OneRepublic,Alex Clare, dan The Script.
         Ia diundang dalam acara TheEllenShow pada tanggal 12 Juli 2010, dan membawakan lagunya yang berjudul "Breakeven (Falling to Pieces)"
         Ia sempat menempati peringkat ke-4 pada deretan "artis pendatang baru" dalam daftar artis Billboard. Tapi saat ini ia turun 2 angka menjadi peringkat ke-6.  Sekarang lagu baru Maddi Jane yang berjudul "Barricade " telah rilis pada tanggal 1 Juni (waktu Indonesia) lalu.

Pada usia yang masih beranjak 13 tahun, Maddi Jane sudah menghentak dunia musik online dengan lagu-lagunya yang menakjubkan lewat Youtube. Maddi Jane (lahir ca. 1998) adalah seorang penyanyi terkenal karena penampilannya di YouTube. Dia adalah seorang penulis lagu, artis rekaman yang posting lagu-lagu asli dan  lagu-lagu cover version. lagu yang dinyanyikan adalah lagu-lagu dari Adele dan Jessie.
Dia tinggal dan bernyanyi di Chicago, IL. Pada 3 Juni 2011, ia menempati peringkat keempat pada deretan artis pendatang baru dalam daftar artis Billboard . Dia muncul di The Ellen DeGeneres Show pada tanggal 12 Mei 2010. Videonya di Youtube telah disaksikan 17 juta kali, maka pasti ada yang istimewa dari talenta yang dimiliki gadis berusia 13 tahun ini.
Saat ini dia terus meng upload video-video dalm lagu-lagu cover versionnya, dan hal ini membuat Maddi Jane begitu populer, sampai akhirnya dia akan kembali mengupload video dengan lagu-lagu aslinya. Tentunya ini pun akan ditunggu oleh banyak penggemarnya.
